If you want to complain, please contact the Complaints Officer at Radiant Asset Management Limited, Sovereign Place, 20 The Point, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7QU or by telephone on 01858 469910.  We will deal with your complaint in a fair and objective manner.  If we cannot settle your complaint, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.  We will tell you if we believe this to be the case and provide you with details of how to do this.
